about me

hi, my name is kathi. i’ve been living in the beautiful bad gastein, salzburg for the few years now.

​

in my teenage years i discovered home workouts and the gym. with seventeen i got the diagnosis type 1 diabetes. there i realized what effect movement has on my body. i started to really think about my health - what i'm eating and how i'm moving. thats's why i became a qualified fitness- & health trainer after i finished school.

​

during lockdown i learned more and more about my body and how to move. i realized that being in the mountains or generally moving in nature gives me so much energy & happiness. i also discovered pilates for the first time. it changed my posture and my overall well-being for the better.

2022 i did the hiking guide course to be able to guide people through the mountains & show them how beautiful moving in nature can be.

beginning of 2024 i decided to do the pilates instructor training. now we’re here and i want to teach and help you to improve your well-being, your posture and your body in general.

 my mission with "move with kathi" is to inspire and empower individuals to embrace a lifestyle of holistic wellness through the harmonious integration of pilates and hiking. i aim to guide each individual towards their path to optimal health, mindful movement, and a life well-lived.
