glad you’re interested in doing pilates with me.
before you book a class, here are a few important things to bear in mind: you don't have to be a professional to take part in my workouts. i only expect punctuality, motivation, the will to learn new things and that you are fit and free of pain.
for a good workout, please have a mat and a glass of water ready. if we use certain equipment (always optional but e.g.: ball, dumbbells, foot weights, magic circle etc.) in the class, you can see in the timetable or i have it provided for you at the in person classes.
